A/Prof Arkachaisri is the Associate Professor of Paediatrics in the Department of Paediatrics, National University of Singapore and the Head and Senior Consultant in Rheumatology/Immunology Service, Department of Paediatric Subspecialties at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. He is also the Site Programme Director for the SingHealth Rheumatology Senior Residency Programme and the TTSH Rheumatology Senior Residency Program. He is the Faculty Coordinator at Duke – NUS GMS Pediatric Elective Clerkship, core faculty at ACGME Pediatric Residency Training Program, SingHealth and the member of the Paediatric Workgroup for Joint Examination with ABMS. A/Prof Arkachaisri holds the Visiting Instructorship for the Scleroderma Programme at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.

A/Prof Arkachaisri holds Memberships in several professional and scientific societies. He is the Executive Committee member, National Arthritis Foundation, Singapore, Fellow of the American College of Rheumatology and member of the Asia-Pacific League of Associations for Rheumatology (APLAR), Thai Rheumatism Association, Royal College of Paediatricians of Thailand, Paediatric Association of Thailand, Medical Council of Thailand and is the Ramathibodi Medical Alumni.

A/Prof Arkachaisri is the recipient of several awards and honours including Singapore Health Quality Service Award (Gold Category in 2016 and Silver Category in 2015), KKH Service from the Heart Award (2015), MOH Singapore, Commendation Prize for 9th Quality Improvement Conference (2012), Duke-NUS Faculty Appreciation Awards (Outstanding faculty for Development), SingHealth Residency: RiSE Award for Best Innovative Faculty and RiSE Award for Outstanding Mentor.
