Dr Tan Ju Le [MBBS (Newcastle-u-Tyne,UK), MRCP, FAMS, FACC, FESC] is the Senior Consultant Cardiologist specialising in Adult Congenital Heart Disease and Echocardiography at the National Heart Centre.
Dr Tan has received training in Adult Congenital Heart Disease at the Royal Brompton Hospital in London from 2003 to 2005. Her main interest lies in the care of adults with congenital heart disease, management of cardiac disease in pregnancy and pulmonary hypertension.
Dr Tan is a part-time Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Medicine at the National University of Singapore. She is also a lecturer for the Diploma in Cardiac Technology Course conducted jointly by the National Heart Centre and Singapore Polytechnic.
Dr Tan has written for numerous publications and is a co-author of several book chapters. She is also a reviewer of the International Journal of Cardiology and local journals like Annals, Academy of Medicine, Singapore. She is involved in clinical trials and research in hyperlipidemia and pulmonary hypertension.
